Cellular (Tianjin) Microwave Technology Co., Ltd. (CMT)

CMT is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise located in Tianjin, P.R.China. It is partially owned by CSI. CMT is involved in the design, research, development and manufacture of various RF components and related products in the field of wireless communication.

CMT supplies the Chinese wireless telecoms including China Mobile and China Unicom with infrastructure equipment such as Base Station High Power Amplifiers, Tower Top Amplifiers, Repeaters and In-line Booster as well as some passive RF components which are suitable for both GSM and CDMA. The frequencies covered range from 200MHz~6GHz. CMT’s products are suitable for all wireless communication systems, such as GSM, CDMA, 3GPP, IDEN and TETRA as well as analog/digital trunk systems.

Precision Wireless

Precision Wireless (PW) was established in Tianjin, China in June of 2007. PW was established as a support company for both CSI and XMA Corporation. PW’s staff of technicians also design in-building systems for CSI. Lisa Ding, who came to PW from Motorola with an accounting background, serves as General Manager of PW. Several of the PW employees began working for CMT, who performed administrative functions for the XMA production workers prior to the existence of PW.

XMA Corporation

XMA Corporation was launched in 2003 when the high-performance connectors, attenuators, and terminations product line was purchased from Tyco Electronics; M/A-COM. XMA’s owners include the principal owners of CSI. XMA was formed not only to revitalize the Omni Spectra® product line, but also to manufacture the next generation of passive RF and microwave components, including the addition of power dividers/combiners, directional couplers, and a variety of custom configurations.
