Fred N.S. Goodrich
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Goodrich is a co-founder of CSI and has over forty years of experience with various communications systems, both military and commercial. He has held positions with Hughes Aircraft, The Mitre Corporation, Radant Systems, RCA, Ferranti LTD. and International Signaland Control. He holds a BSEE from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.
R. Bruce Wilson
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wilson has over twenty years of financial and executive management experience. He is the former CEO of Brite-Line Industries and LifeCare Technologies, Inc. and he has held a variety of executive positions with DuPont and Fuji Film, Crosfield Electronics Plc, Clearpoint Research Corporation, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College and a master’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University.
Scott Goodrich
President, Product Division
Mr. Goodrich is a co-founder of CSI and has over 11 years of experience delivering in-building wireless products and services. He is also co-founder of Wavelink Communications, a wireless communications company responsible for the early funding of CSI. Previously, Mr. Goodrich has worked in Sales and Marketing for Nextel Communications, Open Development Corporation and Vedas Systems. Mr.Goodrich is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Marketing.
Kelley Carr
President, Custom Solutions Group
Mr. Carr is a co-founder of CSI and previously held executive level positions with Nextel Communications and Wavelink Communications. With over 15 years of experience in the wireless industry, his expertise in the field of in-building has lead to countless speaking engagements and panel discussion participations at trade and industry events. Mr. Carr also participates as a board member for the industry’s leading in-building wireless associations. Mr. Carr graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BA in Political Science.
Ray Faucher
Vice President, Technical Support
Mr. Faucher is a RF Engineer, licensed contractor with 20+ years experience in commercial Construction and Project Management. CSI responsibilities include management of designers, project managers, installers and technical partners. He has managed over 500 in-building wireless projects and is certified installer of ADC, Andrew, Radio-Frame, MobileAccess, LGC, Powerwave, Zinwave and others DAS equipment.
Steven Maniglia
Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Maniglia has over twenty years of experience in the design and development of complex communication systems for both military and commercial use. He has over 10 years of experience in development of digital DAS and digital repeaters for the wireless market. He was also previously the Director of Engineering at Powerwave, ADC and OpenCell. Mr. Maniglia has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Digital Signal Processing from Northeastern University.
Robbie St.Amand
Vice President, Operations
Mr. St.Amand has over 25 years of experience in both domestic and offshore operations management in field force automation and communications equipment. Mr. St.Amand held VP positions at Granite Communications and Global Data, Inc. as well as a partner position at GCI Communications. His CSI responsibilities include manufacturing, test, materials, quality, logistics and facilities management.
William J. (Skip) Crilly Jr.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Crilly is an experienced builder of business technology strategies. His particular expertise is in wireless communications, digital signal processing, instrumentation, network equipment, circuit design and software. He has held management and engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard Co., Agilent Technologies, and is co-founder of Vivato. He has a BSEE from Case Western Reserve University.
