Our History

CSI began operation in the Amoskeag Small Business Incubator located in Manchester, NH. The year was 1997 and the goal of the small staff was to provide infrastructure products for the blossoming wireless industry. An In-Line Tower Top Amplifier that increased the receive range of cell sites; and a Bi-Directional Amplifier that extends wireless coverage into facilities lacking inside coverage were CSI’s first products. Since then, CSI has sold over 32,000 in-building amplifiers and related equipment that has been installed worldwide. CSI has brought wireless service to airport terminals, sports stadiums, university campuses, hospitals, tunnels, shopping centers, underground garages and scores of other venues lacking sufficient wireless coverage.

To complement the CSI signal amplification product line, CSI developed expertise in the design and installation of in-building systems. The CSI Custom Solutions Group has now designed and installed thousands of turnkey projects and has set the standards by which competitors are measured. CSI is now the only turnkey solution provider that is approved by all of the major U.S. wireless service providers.

CSI is a privately held company that maintains headquarters in the Jefferson Mill located in the historic millyard district of Manchester, NH.
