Company History

CSI, a privately held company, opened its corporate offices in Manchester, NH in 1997 with the goal of creating premier products for the wireless industry. Within a year, CSI introduced two key products; the first was an In-Line Tower Top Amplifier (ITA) which is used to expand the range of a cell site; and a Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) used to extend the wireless signal into facilities that could not otherwise receive adequate coverage. Since then, CSI has sold over 25,000 BDAs and has developed a complete line of in-building amplifiers and ancillary components that have been installed throughout the world.

At inception, to support the CSI BDA product line, CSI began providing turnkey wireless solutions. The CSI Custom Solutions Group (CSG) has since installed thousands of turnkey projects and has evolved to become an industry leader setting the standards by which many turnkey service organizations are measured. CSI is also the only nationwide turnkey solution provider approved by all of the major wireless service providers.

China Affiliate

CSI has an affiliated company Cellular (Tianjin) Microwave Technologies Co., Ltd (CMT), a sales and manufacturing company located in Tianjin, China. This company provides CSI with both the manufacturing capability for our passive products and the avenue for sales into the Chinese marketplace.
