Description: During the session, guidelines for creating effective RFP's and respondent evaluation criteria will be presented.  There are many business models to facilitate DAS deployments into large/complex venues. The modular, expandable, evolutionary requirements for campus circumstances favor some relationship paradigms over others. Understanding where overlap and competition occurs among the involved organizations' business interests and schedule concerns can prevent long delays. Public safety concerns (first responder spectrum needs & E911 positioning) should not be overlooked. This council will have your system on the air sooner, with more participating stakeholders, providing better coverage, in a safer campus environment more prepared for the future.
